This one has been a long time coming, are you ready for the first all Christian Metal Halloween compilation? We sure are, this one has been in the planning stages for a couple years now, but the time has come to unveil it. Much like Santa stole Christmas, or the Turkey stole Thanksgiving, we’re stealing Halloween back! Who says you can’t be a Christian and have a little fun?
This Halloween get prepared as Roxx Records brings you this newly compiled masterpiece all mastered together by Rob Colwell of Bombworks Sound, with brand new cover art designed by Ward Silverman, and a killer layout and design by Scott Waters of NoLifeTilMetal Graphics. This once in a lifetime collection of Halloween music comes our way featuring some of our classic old favorites, some brand new music, and three previously unreleased tracks.
This compilation starts off with a very special message from Pastor Bob Beeman and then from there we head right into the metal, starting off with the classic track from Vengeance Rising “I Love Hating Evil” which is very fitting don’t you think?
From there the metal never stops, brand spanking new music from The Brave, AfterWinter (previously unreleased), Ritual Servant (previously unreleased from their forthcoming third limited edition 7”), and a brand new cover song featuring Dale Thompson (Bride) as we finally get to hear him conquer in the studio one of those classic Stryper tunes as he belts out “To Hell With The Devil” with the help of the amazing bay area band Sovereign Cross! This compilation has classic tunes from Bloodgood, Deliverance, Holy Soldier and Bride to name a few. And who remembers the amazing guys from Stryken? How could we not do a Halloween themed compilation without “Crush The Head of Satan”. Also some newer tunes from some of today’s top Christian metal artists like Motivik, Weapons of God and we have to include the mighty GRAVE ROBBER on this one don’t you think? We end the compilation with a killer track from The Migraines featuring Robert Sweet (Stryper) on drums with their classic track “I Hate Evil”
Lots of killer Christian metal to pull out every Fall season for many Halloweens to come! This compilation also comes housed in a jewel case with a FULL 16 page booklet! That’s right, a full size booklet for this one. Each artist has their own page with band photos, lyrics and media links to reach them all, including a written message from Pastor Bob Beeman!
