Spotlight - Absolon

Well today we have two more spotlight features before this holiday weekend and the launch of 5 brand new Roxx Records titles and 2 brand new NoLifeTilMetal Records titles! 

Let's start today off with the new NoLifeTilMetal Records album from Absolon. Well I actually have a bit of history with Ken Pike, founder and frontman of Absolon. If you are not familiar, Ken was first a part of the classic Christian Metal act Malachia with whom we have done several projects through the years. I saw Ken perform with the Malachia guys at a church in Covina California alongside another early Christian Metal band Eternal Ryte, and I was hooked for life! 

But lets fast forward to today, Ken is now on his third release with his latest project entitled Absolon, and Ken is just like a fine wine, he keeps getting better and better with age. Every year for the last 3 years we have put out a new album from him and the band, so 2025 will be no exception. 

We started in 2023 with the debut 'A Portrait of Madness', then last year in 2024 we released the sophomore release 'The Blood Seed', and now in 2025 we bring you the brand new album 'In The Halls of Silence'. How can you go wrong when the backing bandmates are also none other then the line up of another killer band, Severed Angel! Malachia fans, Crimson Glory fans, early Queensryche fans, rejoice!
