Supergroup Bethesda featuring members of Veni Domine, Narnia and more sign with Roxx Records

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DATE: OCTOBER 4, 2025

Roxx Records is proud to announce the release of Bethesda on vinyl and CD. Bethesda is the brainchild of Germán Pascual (Narnia, Essence of Sorrow) and Torbjörn Weinesjö (Veni Domine, AudioVision, Cell 9). The band was formed in 2014, but the drive to collaborate did not fade over time even though life did not permit such an endeavor at that time. Recordings took up in pace in 2022, and being a labor of love, it was not rushed. Thomas Weinesjö (Veni Domine, Saviour Machine, Nubian Rose) was the obvious choice to be in the band, being the brother of Torbjörn and a longtime collaborator in the Room of Doom Studios. The band was rounded out by adding Gabriel Ingemarson (Veni Domine) on bass. "Looking at the final setting of the band it stands obvious in hindsight," Torbjörn says, "the pieces fit perfectly together."

Germán Pascual, perhaps best known for his work with the critically acclaimed 2009 Narnia album Course of a Generation and his 2012 solo debut A New Beginning, where the collaboration with Torbjörn started. Germán is a much sought-after vocal power fronting bands like Essence of Sorrow, Divinefire, and Heartwind to name a few. (Germán also released a new solo album in 2025 on Roxx Records titled Beyond Our Comprehension.)

Torbjörn Weinesjö first joined forces with Germàn on his 2012 solo debut collaborating with lyrics and editing the second video release “Seek the Truth.” Mostly known from bands like Veni Domine, Audiovision, Cell 9 and his recording studio, Room of Doom Studios in Sweden.

Thomas Weinesjö, powered up bands like Veni Domine, Saviour Machine, XT, Nubian Rose, and the list goes on. He has many hours together with Torbjörn in the studio during the years, as well as on stage. Many have relied on the Weinesjö clock.

Gabriel Ingemarson, is found on the mid 90´s Veni Domine albums, seen on the Stockholm church scene, and various projects and recordings. With the Veni Domine reunion in 2024, the musical bond was once again updated. Gabriel's soulful, spiritual, and heavy touch completed Bethesda on all levels.

The vinyl pressing of Bethesda is on heavyweight, opaque blood red vinyl and includes a 12x12 photo/lyric insert. The vinyl pressing is limited to 250 copies. The CD pressing is housed in a jewel case with a 12-page photo/lyrics booklet and contains two bonus tracks. The artwork and layout were done by Scott Waters of NoLifeTilMetal Graphics (Deliverance, Nevermore, Flotsam & Jetsam, King's X, Reign of Glory, Fear Not, and many others). Don't miss out on you chance to pick up this collaboration from these fine heavy metal Swedes!

Stay Tuned as we prepare to release singles and launch pre orders in the coming weeks.
